Cancellation Policy

Invoice and payment details will be sent separately. We accept E-Transfer, Credit Card, and Apple Pay. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Planning APEX camps are based on enrollment numbers and requires us to make commitments to facilities and staff. Goalies may be eligible to receive a full refund if they cancel prior to the deadline. Any cancellation after the payment deadline may be non-refundable.
